Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You are the vital link between our products and the people who use them. In this hands-on position, you’ll ensure every ceiling fan, light fitting, and control accessory we sell continues to delight - long after installation. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, manage warranty claims, and provide clear, calm guidance to electricians, retailers, and end users alike.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Support: Resolve queries on ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, remote controls, and related hardware—over phone and email.
  • Warranty & Replacements: Process claims, coordinate timely parts dispatch, and manage replacements with professionalism.
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Work directly with trade customers and internal teams to diagnose and fix product issues.
  • Service Records & CRM: Accurately log support tickets, update customer records, and maintain service documentation.
  • Cross-Team Liaison: Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Product Development to ensure smooth, end-to-end support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Spot recurring faults and feed insights back into product enhancements.
  • Documentation & Training Tools: Help maintain and refine installation guides, troubleshooting flowcharts, and training materials.
  • Product & Part Testing: Assist in hands-on testing to validate component performance and reliability.
