Gymnastics is hiring energetic, dependable part-time coaches to lead preschool and recreational gymnastics classes. This role is ideal for college students, former athletes, aspiring teachers, and anyone who loves working with children. You will coach small classes (4–6 children), follow our curriculum, lead fun themed lessons, celebrate progress, and help children build confidence through movement. We provide full paid training so you feel confident and successful from day one. What You Will Do Coach gymnastics classes for children ages 1–10 Lead fun, themed lessons using our curriculum Celebrate progress and earned achievements Communicate with parents about growth and milestones Keep the gym safe, clean, and welcoming Support camps, shows, and special events Schedule Requirements Minimum of two weekday shifts (3:00–8:00 PM) Saturdays required (8:30 AM–3:00 PM) One-year commitment *At this time, we are seeking a candidate with Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday availability. What We Are Looking For Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, yoga, or a related sport Childcare experience (babysitting, camps, siblings count) Dependable, positive, and enthusiastic Comfortable with themes, storytelling, and creative play Physical Requirements Ability to see and hear clearly from up to 20 yards away to ensure a safe and engaging environment. Must be able to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods throughout the workday. Comfortable with frequent squatting, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and reaching overhead to support children and maintain the facility. Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
