Job DetailsJob Location: Lower School - San Jose, CA 95130Position Type: StaffSalary Range: $75.00 - $75.00 HourlyThe Harker After School Instrumental Music Program is currently seeking an experienced violin teacher for both private and group lessons.Qualifications Immediate need for a teacher on Thursdays from 3:30 to 6:45 pm Experience working with elementary-level students ages 5-12 Lessons are after-school, Monday-Friday, 3:30-6:45 pm, depending on enrollment, but are usually 2-3 days a week Master's degree in performance and/or education preferred, but not required Private one-on-one teaching experience with general pedagogy, use of method books, along with supplementary materials Conducting and leading groups and ensembles on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays is helpful but not required.
