We are currently seeking an Ag Outside Sales Representative for our Healdsburg facility.
The Outside Contractor Sales Associate (AG) partners with customers to grow their business by providing creative Agricultural material solutions, primarily Trellising and Irrigation for vineyards. Responsible for the complete sales cycle from prospect to payment. Provide the customer what they want, when they want it, and keeping it simple.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 5-years’ experience in agricultural sales
• Minimum 3-years’ sales experience
• Valid Class C Driver’s License required with one point or less on the driving record

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Knows all customers in assigned territory.
• Understands the winery/agricultural industry
• Understands the marketplace
• Knowledgeable about competition
• Knows the product lines
• Understands nuisances the vineyard profession
• Capable, reliable, dependable

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Proficient computer skills (i.e., MS Office)
• Preferred experience with Epicor products
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
