At LandPro Equipment, our team members aren’t just employees, they’re PROs. A Day in the Life of an Agricultural Technician As an Ag Tech, no two days are exactly the same. Your day may include diagnosing engine or hydraulic issues, completing preventative maintenance, repairing tractors or harvesting equipment, or troubleshooting integrated technology systems. Some repairs are straightforward, while others require problem-solving, technical expertise, and teamwork. You’ll work in a professional shop environment with support from experienced leaders and technicians while continuing to build your own skills through training and hands-on experience. Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: do the job right and take care of the customer.
