Fixtures: Sat or Sun (Dependent on age group coached)
PROGRESSIONS
OAFC are looking for full-time staff to support the college programme and the operations of the Company. This could be you.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Football coaching: 1 Year
Grassroots Football Participation: 1 Year
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To lead in the delivery of training sessions based on a syllabus.
To run a team including communicating with players, parents, opposition and all other stakeholders.
To recruit new players for your team if required via promotion etc.
To work with the coaching team to assist in the development of youths across Oxfordshire.
To consistently deliver professional coaching sessions to an exceptional standard as part of OAFC’s ethos.
To feedback on delivery and player progression via reports termly.
MUST be available for weekly games (Either a Sat or Sun AM dependent on age group)
To attend termly CPD events
