Support Worker | Casual Opportunities | Hours range from 8:00am to 4:00pm

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Support Worker to join our team at Sutherland on a casual basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, building positive relationships, and supporting people to achieve their goals in a fun and inclusive environment.

• Support participants in activities including swimming, sports, community access, and 1:1 supports.
• Build meaningful connections and encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Provide person-centred support while promoting independence and choice.

• Casual opportunities available.
• Hours typically between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
• Multiple shifts available across the week.
