Superior Home Health Services are seeking qualified, reliable and passionate Home and Community Personal Care Workers to join our team in the Sunshine Coast Region - Kawana/Sippy Downs QLD and Beerwah/Peachester QLD. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Working within a person-centered, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client;
• Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties;
• Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and support;
• Providing support with social and recreational activities;
• Preparing food, feeding clients, and assisting clients with medications;
• Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client;
• Responding to emergency situations; and
• Working weekend and overnight shifts as rostered
