Working closely with the multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders, you will provide person-centred care to residents within the Aged Care Facility. Your role is to promote the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents by supporting them to participate in meaningful activities of daily life. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting), mobility, meals, household tasks, and leisure activities, while promoting independence and coordinating closely with nursing staff and other team members regarding residents’ specific health needs.
