About the Role

As an Aged Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, wellbeing and independence of our residents through the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Working collaboratively with our nursing and care team, you will assist residents with daily living activities, personal care and mobility while promoting dignity, respect and individual choice. You will help create a positive resident experience by delivering compassionate care that enhances residents' physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.

• Our employees are employed under the St Basil's NSW/ACT Enterprise Agreement 2024, with Aged Care Workers classified as Personal Care Worker Level 3, earning up to $36.59 base per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).
