Key responsibilities

• Personal care — bathing, grooming, mobility assistance
• Domestic support — cleaning, meal preparation, household tasks
• Medication assistance (as trained and permitted)
• Social engagement — companionship, activities, community involvement
• Accurate documentation and reporting
• Working collaboratively with nurses, coordinators, and families

About you

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in aged care is highly valued but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and respectful approach
• Current Police Check and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
