ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in support work, wellbeing coordination, or health and social care
• Confident working within multi-disciplinary teams
• Creative, reliable, and passionate about co-production
• A strong team player and communicator (both written and verbal)
• Committed to reducing health inequalities and improving lives

• Set up, promote, and lead Community Asset groups across the county
• Collaborate with health, social care, and voluntary sector professionals
• Deliver informative and inclusive group activities tailored to individual needs
• Provide one-to-one support where appropriate
• Work alongside volunteers with lived experience
• Represent Northamptonshire Carers positively in multi-agency settings
