THE ROLE:
We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join the team. You will be responsible for managing campaigns, helping in pitch work, experiential campaign admin and executing our regular suite of social-media products for live events. You will work alongside other marketing communications creatives in a supporting role to nurture client relationships and get results.
The Account Coordinator manages the booking process from the point of sales sign-off through to post-event reporting with the client. You’re responsible for ensuring client communication is open and transparent at every step of the process, while keeping the wider team and your clients on-time with project timelines.
As the liaison between the internal team and clients, the Account Coordinator’s role is to manage timelines, budgets, output quality and team resources to ensure that each event is executed flawlessly.
