JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (or SAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to analyse data effectively, and excellent communication abilities. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in fostering long-term partnerships with clients within a variety of market sectors.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Marketing Agency: 2 years (required)
  • Account management: 2 years (required)
  • Leadership: 2 years (preferred)
  • Analysis skills: 2 years (preferred)
    Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cambridge

    Pay: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

  • Offering strategic insights to help clients align their marketing efforts with their overall business goals.
  • Managing multiple accounts with professionalism and precision.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analysing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Communicating effectively with clients regarding project updates, product offerings, and any issues that may arise.
  • Utilising technology to track marketing activities, and report on performance metrics.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on account and project status
