VANRATH are currently recruiting an Account Manager for a Digital Asset Manager for creative teams. This role would suit someone coming from an agency / creative background.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Previous account management or customer success experience in creative industries
• Willingness to learn our product inside-out and keep up with industry trends
• Strong communication skills - able to explain clearly and listen actively
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently without losing touch with the team
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset -spotting opportunities before they’re obvious
• Comfort using modern SaaS tools (CRM, project management, video calls, etc.)
• Commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate and influence
• A steady head under pressure and an approachable manner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As our Account Manager, you’ll be the friendly face of the company for our customers, making sure they’re getting real value from our platform, spotting opportunities for growth, and keeping relationships warm. You’ll work closely with the founder and the operations team to:

• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships and increase engagement
• Onboard new customers with care and attention Understand customer challenges and recommend product features to address them
• Provide feedback to the business on customer needs and issues Support customers in adopting the latest solutions and product innovations
• Develop growth plans for key accounts, driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Maintain accurate account and sales records
• Collaborate across Sales, Support, Ops, Development, and Marketing Minimise churn and champion customer loyalty
