Responsibilities
  • Manage agency operations including internal systems, calendar scheduling, facilities and general errands
  • Support client communications, including onboarding, CRM updates, and satisfaction tracking
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for strategy and leadership sessions
  • Monitor project timelines and tasks using Monday.com, flagging delays, keeping clients updated and keeping things on track
  • Assist Heads of Department with team communications, workflow and admin needs
  • Schedule social media content, organise digital filing, and assist with content delivery
  • Send client updates, run monthly website checks and undertake pre-launch website audits
  • Coordinate agency-led events, workshops, and internal team initiatives
  • Handle inbound enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain office supplies and logistics, supporting a welcoming and functional workspace
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting processes and supporting system adoption
