Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a Relief Chef, you’ll step into kitchens across the region, supporting teams during busy periods, holiday cover, or staff shortages. You’ll be expected to:

  • Deliver high-quality dishes in line with each venue’s menu and standards
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and kitchen setups
  • Work cleanly, efficiently, and professionally at all times
  • Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service
