Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare,cook,and present high-quality dishes as a Chef de Partie
• Maintain top standards of food safety and hygiene
• Lead and support junior kitchen staff,ensuring smooth operations
• Adapt to different kitchens while delivering consistent quality
• Work efficiently under pressure and meet service deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ Chef de Partie experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong leadership,teamwork,and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety,allergens,and HACCP procedures
• Level 2/3 Food Safety Certification
• Eligible to work in the UK
