Drive manpower growth by initiating and conducting activities, training, drives, campaigns for recruitment of advisors and managers Achieve productivity targets by increasing active advisors and case counts thru conduct of engagement activities, trainings, drives and contests Retain advisors and managers by monitoring their growth and development Address and trouble shoot common challenges and pain points of distributors Ensure that market conduct guidelines and best practices are observed by distributors College graduate At least 3 years experience in a sales management role, preferably in an insurance company Proficiency in ms office, social media and other useful digital tools Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership qualities
