POSITION TYPE: FULL-TIME

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agency Director to manage day-to-day operations of our local office. In this leadership role, you will ensure that the office runs smoothly in line with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the high standards set forth by Caring Senior Service. You will be responsible for overseeing client and referral relations, staff management, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and more—all while representing the company within the community. As an Agency Director, you will play a key role in delivering compassionate care to seniors in your community. The relationships you build with both clients and employees are truly impactful, helping families in their time of need and ensuring quality care for our most cherished generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the local office complies with all federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining all required licenses and accreditations.
  • Client & Staff Management: Provide exceptional customer service, conduct client consultations and home safety assessments, and ensure the office staff is well-trained, motivated, and achieving operational goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Achieve financial objectives by managing billing, payroll, and collections while maintaining strong revenue margins.
  • Operational Leadership: Conduct regular audits, performance evaluations, and ensure operational systems are running efficiently.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Execute and manage local marketing strategies while ensuring positive representation in the community.
  • Other Duties: Handle various administrative responsibilities and perform additional tasks as needed to ensure the success of the office.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of healthcare management experience required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., sit/stand for long periods, and drive a motor vehicle.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • On-Call: Regular on-call duties required, includes some nights and weekends.
