ISM Recruitment, a division of the Irish School of Motoring, is actively seeking skilled Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join their team on a flexible, temporary basis. As a Tier 2 provider to Ireland’s Health Service Executive (HSE), ISM offers opportunities to work in public sector HSE facilities across Tullamore, Co. Offaly, Ireland.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Prior experience in a caring or support role
• QQI Level 5 qualification with all 8 modules in a healthcare-related discipline
• Own transport preferred due to location of clients
• Flexibility to work various day and night shifts

• Provide person-cantered care as outlined in residents’ care plans
• Assist residents with personal hygiene
• Support residents with eating and drinking
• Follow instructions from nursing staff
