REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 6 months of previous healthcare experience in the UK
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and reliable, able to work agency shifts
• Must have a DBS on the Update Service; if not, we can assist you in applying for one

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting residents with meals and hydration
• Helping with mobility and physical exercises
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Following care plans and ensuring a safe, clean environment
