About the Role
We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our agency team at one of our popular nursing homes in Maldon, Essex.
The home specialises in Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, and nursing care, with services also including one-to-one specialist care, respite care, palliative care, and end-of-life care. All 24 bedrooms are modern, ensuite with a vanity unit, and fitted with a nurse-call system, ensuring residents are cared for in a safe, homely, and dignified environment.
Shifts are available on a weekly basis, offering you flexibility while giving you the opportunity to secure full-time hours if desired. Both day and night shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality personal care and support to residents
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and mealtimes
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Supporting residents with mobility and companionship
  • Maintaining accurate care records and reporting to senior staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months healthcare experience (essential)
