Description

The job holder is expected to work closely with agencies and meet monthly targets. They should engage with agency owners / managers to resolve issues and strengthen the relationship for better results and effectiveness. Candidates will be required to evaluate all negotiations performed by customer & agency collectors and then recommend accounts to management for necessary approvals. Significant collections agency management is mandatory and collections agency management recovery in the UAE is advantageous. Should be an excellent communicator with a high level of negotiation and persuasion skills. Expected to work well under pressure. Good command over English language. High level of MS office knowledge is a minimum requirement. Minimum Graduate with 5-7 years’ banking experience

Responsibilities

Manage authorized collection agencies to recover dues on delinquent credit card accounts while ensuring compliance with company policies. Engage with agency owners to resolve issues and evaluate negotiations to recommend account approvals to management.
