Agency Management Systems Manager About the Role We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and systems-driven Agency Management Systems Manager to support agency integration across Superior’s growing platform. This role partners closely with the VP of Information and Systems and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth AMS and accounting integrations for newly acquired agencies. This individual will become a subject matter expert in agency management systems and financial workflows, driving accuracy, efficiency, and scalable processes in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Agency Integrations & AMS Support Utilize Integration Workbooks, including DCW and Old/New lists, to ensure accurate data mapping and migration Enter and test DCCRs to validate data integrity and system accuracy Perform AMS data entry and reconciliation during integrations Set up Companies within Epic and understand the distinction between companies and brokers Run reports in Epic to validate data accuracy and support financial review Provide ongoing AMS and accounting support post-integration Employee & Commission Setup Set up Employees within Epic, including accurate entry of commission agreements Ensure commission structures are aligned with contracts and financial reporting Support payroll, billing, and compensation workflows as part of integration Systems & Process Optimization Develop deep expertise in: Agency Management Systems (Applied Epic and other AMS platforms) Billing workflows Financial reporting systems Drive efficiencies by leveraging technology and improving workflows Become a go-to authority on financial and agency management systems across Superior Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Optimize relationships with: Agency principals and employees Internal leadership teams Act as a mentor to systems staff Qualifications Required Experience Strong experience with Integration Workbooks (DCW and Old/New lists) Experience entering and testing DCCRs Experience setting up Employees and commission agreements in Epic Experience setting up Companies in Epic and understanding company vs. broker distinctions Experience running reports in Epic Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables Preferred Experience Background in insurance agency accounting Experience with Applied Epic or other agency management systems Experience supporting M&A integrations Experience working in a high-growth or acquisition-driven environment What Success Looks Like Integrations are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time Commission structures are properly implemented and validated Agency teams are supported through seamless transitions Systems are optimized and standardized across the platform Competencies Highly detail and deadline oriented Process-driven and systems-minded Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Collaborative and confident communicator Leadership capability with mentoring mindset Why This Role Matters As Superior continues to grow through acquisition, this role is critical to ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and integration success.
