What the role will entail Manage external collection agencies (ECAs) in executing collection strategies. Ensure strategies are implemented efficiently and in compliance with BSP and other regulatory bodies. Foster a customer first culture in all collection-related activities. Analyze flowrates, productivity, and performance reports to recommend strategy enhancements. Ensure daily portfolio coverage targets are consistently achieved. Review and validate financial and non-financial endorsements submitted by ECAs. Evaluate accounts and identify supplemental collection strategies (SMS, email, field, social media, etc.). Ensure ECAs have sufficient manpower and resources to support collection operations. What we're looking for Holder for a Bachelor's degree At least 3 years of experience in collections. Strong negotiation, probing, and analytical skills. Solid knowledge of CCPL products and consumer lending systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with performance reports and data.
