In this role, you will lead and manage delinquency recovery teams to achieve productivity targets and support the auto business in meeting its Net Income After Tax (NIAT) goals by maintaining budgeted Past Due Rate (PDR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Provisions. You will ensure efficient team performance, resolve customer feedback promptly, act as an alternate leader when needed, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and reporting requirements. What the role will entail Allocate auto loan accounts to agency coordinators and/or third-party service providers based on historical performance, area coverage, and available resources Monitor team productivity, ensure timely collection activities, and report overall status to management Review and ensure proper documentation and legal compliance in repossession processes, including voluntary surrenders and asset inspections Coach and mentor agency staff, recommend repossession strategies, and handle escalated cases requiring negotiation or client persuasion Ensure accurate team attendance and expense reporting, and oversee the maintenance of Bank-assigned service vehicles Ensure compliance with BSP and internal QA standards, promote customer service excellence, address client concerns with timely action plans, and analyze loan portfolio movement to develop strategies for controlling delinquency levels within budgeted loss provisions What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management, Banking, Finance, or any business-related course.
