Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an in-office leadership role based in Mona Vale. You’ll be the glue that holds our small team together. Part agency manager, part project overseer, part client wrangler, total all-rounder. You’ll report directly to Maddi (Director), manage internal ops, and help shape the day-to-day delivery across client work. You’ll also help to run discovery calls, confidently connecting with new leads and handing them off to the right team member when they come on board.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Team leadership: Run monthly 1:1s, support team development, review KPIs, and ensure staff feel supported and aligned
  • Client management: Oversee your own small portfolio, take over client comms post-discovery call, and run new discovery calls when needed
  • Ops and delivery: Allocate retainer hours, manage team capacity, keep projects on track, and refine systems as needed
  • Financial oversight: Monitor team profitability, maintain our tracking spreadsheets, and flag any gaps in delivery or cost-efficiency
  • Strategic support: Contribute to business development ideas, strategic planning, and identifying opportunities for growth
