POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a strategic and results driven candidate to work directly under the CEO/Agent in overseeing day-to-day operations and driving continued growth to the agency. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong & growth oriented with the ability to translate vision into action.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of insurance industry experience (preferred)
• General Level 2 Insurance License (preferred)
• Strong in operations, project management, people leadership, and emotional intelligence
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership & accountability in driving results
• Independent thought leader with a proactive & solution-oriented approach

• Operational Oversight: monitor day-to-day client facing activities - such as customer service volume + levels, addministrative tasks, incoming sales activity, and outbound goals, ensure performance targets are tracked and accomplished, supplemental team leadership tasks.
• Process Improvement: consistently monitor and enhance processes to improve workflow and enhance client experience, identify gaps & advancement opportunities.
• Business Growth Support: assist/play a pivotal role in the integration of strategic and visionary ideas.
