POSITION SUMMARY

The Billing Adjustment Coordinator will be responsible to ensure accurate and timely completion of driver pay related entries and adjustments to provide accurate up to date requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Address, identify error(s), submit and resolve driver and broker-driver pay issues. Submit entries into payroll hub for correction and reimbursement.
  • Understand various vacation plans and payroll accruals as well as vacation calculations and employee usage and communicate necessary information to staff.
  • Calculate, track and enter adjustments for payroll processing.
  • Prepare and track reporting for management as required.
