Job Description As a Digital Project Manager at the Wix Agency, you'll lead the creation of high-impact digital experiences for strategic partners, taking projects from concept to completion. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable digital ecosystems that solve real-world business challenges. In your day-to-day, you will: Manage complex, client-facing digital projects from start to finish Lead cross-functional teams, aligning perspectives and ensuring clear communication Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high standards Identify and implement tools and processes to improve workflows and project outcomes Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into projects when relevant Build strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted partner Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing complex, client-facing digital projects Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment Strong organizational and operational thinking with attention to detail Creative problem-solving skills, thinking beyond standard solutions Hands-on experience with AI tools for content, automation, and workflows Familiarity with Wix tools and products – an advantage Ability to collaborate across different professional disciplines, with understanding of design, UX, content, development, and product terminology to support clear communication and alignment Additional Information The Wix Agency is an in-house, end-to-end digital agency and the only team at Wix that builds digital projects from A to Z for strategic partners.
