About the Role Location: Hochiminh City Report to: Senior Manager, Agency Scheme Design Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Agency Planning and Strategic Initiatives Role: Independent Contributor The Opportunity We are looking for Agency Scheme Design, Consultant is responsible for - Design and implement innovative agency incentive schemes to boost agent productivity and engagement. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business strategies and timely execution. - Continuously improve program effectiveness through data analysis and post-implementation reviews Roles & Responsibilities Compensation & Contest Design: Design, develop, and manage competitive compensation for agents and leaders. Create and implement engaging contests and recognition programs to drive sales performance and promote the key focuses within the agency channel. Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor practices, and internal data to ensure our compensation and incentive programs remain competitive and effective. Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Management: Develop and manage sales incentive plans for agency management teams. Monitor the effectiveness of all compensation and incentive plans, providing regular reports and recommendations for adjustments to management. Ensure all plans are transparent, easy to understand, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics to evaluate the impact of compensation and incentive programs on sales performance, and overall business results. Prepare and present detailed reports and business cases to key stakeholders. Additional tasks may be assigned as required to support evolving business needs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales incentive design, or distribution strategy. Experience working in insurance or financial services industry is preferred. Proven track record in designing and executing incentive programs or campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable schemes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams. Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging, motivating program concepts. Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SQL; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
