About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable senior care staff to join our team at a Care Home in Billericay. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for candidates looking for a pathway into permanent employment.
We are particularly seeking senior staff who are confident, capable, and can drive, with their own car for local travel. Shifts are available across both days and nights, offering flexibility for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality care to residents
• Supervising and supporting care staff teams
• Assisting with daily living activities and ensuring resident wellbeing
• Administering medication safely
• Maintaining accurate care records and liaising with senior management
• Acting as a reliable, experienced presence on shift

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior care role
• Full-time availability for day and night shifts
• Must be a reliable driver with own car
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Local to the Billericay area preferred
• Right to work in the UK
