While services, and the system have continued to change around us, we have stayed the course and continue following our mission; ‘Within community settings provide safe, supervised, comfortable environments, in which to teach, support, and empower adults with developmental disabilities to actualize their fullest potential.’ Commonsense Housing is continuing to hire compassionate, capable, and competent staff to support Members in our homes. We are seeking an Assistant Services Coordinator to be a front-line supervisor of certified DSP’s and CRMA’s supporting the Members within the homes we operate; an extraordinary opportunity to grow and learn new experiences as you mentor and supervise DSP’s in the delivery of services to Members. This full time, non-exempt position has a wage range of $22.50 - $23.25 per hour. This position requires both a DSP and CR MA certificate. Possession of these two certificates allows CSH to offer new employees an additional $2,000 signing bonus. Working at Commonsense Housing requires a high school diploma / GED and have (or obtain) a valid Main Driver’s License. Offer of employment is contingent upon a background check.
