Responsibilities
  • Provide quick, empathetic, and professional support by phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Manage orders, returns, complaints, and product inquiries.
  • Accurately document interactions in the CRM or ERP system.
  • Follow internal processes for escalation or special handling cases.
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Keep up to date on company products, promotions, and policies.
  • Support B2B customers with order taking, inventory checks, and logistics updates.
  • Build lasting relationships with business customers through proactive follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives and purchasing teams to ensure the accuracy of wholesale orders and delivery times.
  • Handle credit, billing, and account issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional service in French and English (calls from provinces other than Quebec).
