Expeditors is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Job Description The role involves supporting daily logistics operations with a focus on import shipment handling and customer service. Key responsibilities include: Processing pre-alerts and calculating applicable charges accurately. Notifying customers upon shipment arrival in a timely manner. Performing billing tasks and making necessary amendments to charges. Preparing accurate and timely reports for internal and external use. Conducting data entry and following up on shipment statuses. Lodging import declarations with the Trade Department in compliance with regulations. Handling general enquiries from customers and internal teams. Taking on additional tasks as required to support the company’s operational needs. Qualifications University graduate in 1-2 years relevant experience, or certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate with over 3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry. Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese Good communication and customer service skills.
