Skills & Qualification Minimum Diploma (D3), open to all majors. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to develop short-term marketing strategies. Familiar with social media usage and trends. Responsive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Innovative team player. Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with Paxel Agent retail sellers. Execute sales and promotional activities (online & offline) to acquire new customers. Carry out customer retention efforts to reduce churn. Support MSME business development through Paxel Agent programs.
