Hello, I’m Hugo, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance and accounting. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions.
I’m looking for a Donor Relations Officer for my client in downtown Montreal. This is a permanent, face-to-face contract in the heart of downtown.

Your responsibilities :

  • At the reception desk: greet visitors and pass on general information; notify appropriate employees of visitors’ arrival; collect donations at the door and prepare temporary receipts; receive deliveries (envelopes and parcels) and notify responsible persons.
  • Ensure that donors are greeted with courtesy, availability, tact and professionalism when communicating by phone or in person.

Be responsible for follow-up calls to respond to various donor requests and update files.

  • Provide administrative support in processing donations and updating the Raiser’s Edge database.
  • Perform clerical follow-ups required for various fundraising programs.
  • Open mail and process donations.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned, including data entry.
