PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

• 1 à 2 ans d’expérience de travail dans un CDA / BDC automobile (ventes ou service)
• Capacité à communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais (communication client)
• Connaissance des outils informatiques : Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook et CRM

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 to 2 years of experience working in an automotive BDC (sales or service)
• Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English (customer communication)
• Knowledge of computer tools: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM

• Respond to incoming customer requests via web, email, and phone to generate appointments
• Provide exceptional and professional customer service
• Coordinate and confirm appointments with dealerships, and follow up with clients
• Update customer records in the CRM system
