Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un employé temporaire avec possibilité d’un poste permanent afin d’assister le responsable de la réception dans les tâches quotidiennes et de maintenir une excellente communication entre les départements. Une formation pour les quarts de nuit sera également fournie.
Horaire : Minimum 2 quarts par semaine du lundi au dimanche, avec possibilité d’assistance pour d’autres quarts si nécessaire (soirées, week-ends, jours fériés, nuits). Une formation pour les quarts de nuit (de 22h30 à 8h30) sera également incluse dans le processus de formation.
Sous la direction du Responsable de la Réception, les responsabilités et les tâches principales du Réceptionniste comprennent, sans s’y limiter, les éléments suivants :

Welcome to the Best Western Brossard,
We are currently looking for a temporary employee with possibility to become permanent, to assist the reception manager with daily task and continue great communication amongst the departments. Will also be trained for overnight shift.
Schedule: Minimum 2 shifts per week, with possibility to assist with other shifts if needed (evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights)
Training for overnight audit shifts from 22h30 to 8h30 will also be given during the training process.
Under the direction of the Reception Manager; the responsibilities and main tasks of the Receptionist refer to but are not limited to the following list: Responsibilities Always offer professional, friendly and friendly service Make reservations for rooms received by telephone, fax and email and allocate rooms ; Process all external and internal calls, either by redirecting the calls or helping the caller Take charge of the correspondent’s request and follow it up according to hotel standards Have a good knowledge of all the services, especially reception, housekeeping, and technical maintenance Serve as a liaison for customers requiring information concerning all aspects of the hotel Handle and distribute faxes, voice messages and written messages for internal and external customers Attend people with special needs; Have full knowledge of hotel emergency procedures Follow department policies, procedures and service standards Write various reports, letters and general correspondence; Complaints management; Follow all security policies Other assigned duties REQUIREMENTS Requirements Customer service experience, Bilingual English-French, a third language an asset; Computer literacy, Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving Attitude focused on customer service; Must be flexible in their time management; Very responsible and reliable Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work coherently with other colleagues as part of a team Ability to focus attention on customer needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays as well as holidays.
