About the Role The Agent Engagement Specialist enhances the agent experience by driving recognition programs, field communications, promotions, and engagement initiatives that support AMBA’s Field Strategy. This role ensures agents receive timely, accurate, and motivating updates that reinforce clarity, connection, and performance expectations across all regions. The Specialist is responsible for creating on-brand promotional flyers, incentive materials, and sales communications using Canva and PowerPoint. This role partners closely with Training, Recruiting, and Leadership to maintain consistent messaging, recognition accuracy, and strong engagement throughout the agent lifecycle. The Specialist also provides limited support for major AMBA events through agenda content coordination and on-site registration. The Day-to-Day Field Communications & Content Management Own the Monthly Field Newsletter including content gathering, drafting, formatting, and distribution. Create and distribute weekly communications including promotions, updates, and recognition announcements. Maintain accurate distribution lists, templates, and communication standards. Lead creation and formatting of presentations for Field Agent Town Halls, weekly Field Market Leader leadership huddles, and other field meetings as needed. Recognition & Awards Execution Manage all recognition programs including pacing reports, eligibility tracking, and achiever notifications. Maintain awards databases and ensure accuracy of weekly and monthly lists. Produce recognition content for events (slides, scripts, award lists). Coordinate award orders, deliveries, and field-facing updates. Promotions, Engagement & Design Design promotional flyers, incentive materials, and recognition infographics using Canva and PowerPoint. Ensure all visual materials follow AMBA brand standards and maintain consistent agent experience. Support communication and promotion of field strategy initiatives (Calendly rollout, appointment-setting workflows, Award milestones). Assist with insights from field surveys, pulse checks, and engagement metrics. Maintain updated SharePoint libraries, promotion archives, recognition resources, and communication toolkits. Ensure all field-facing documents are current, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in sales support, communications, recognition programs, or marketing/design coordination. Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clean, on-brand promotional and incentive materials. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to prepare clear, motivating field-facing communications. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong collaboration skills; able to work effectively with Training, Recruiting, and Field Leadership. Experience with SharePoint, CRM tools, or recognition workflows is a plus.
