About Us null Role Overview We’re looking for an Agent Engineer who wants to be at the sweet spot of AI + engineering. You won’t just tweak prompts, you’ll architect agents that connect to APIs, crunch live data, and deliver enterprise-grade outcomes. Think of this role as half builder, half hacker: you’ll design prompts, wire up backends, test with real users, and ship agents into production that prove how AI can move the needle for enterprises. If “TypeScript + APIs + fast iterations” gets your pulse up, you’ll feel at home here. You will: Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across voice, chat, and email. Connect agents to customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so they can execute real-world tasks end-to-end. Build and maintain internal tooling in TypeScript, creating reusable components agents can share and build on. Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy, reliability, and speed. Work directly with enterprise customers: gather requirements, run demos, and iterate in real time. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ship agents that are ready for production at scale. Contribute to documentation, processes, and best practices that make AI Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field. Excellent English, written and spoken+ Spanish Strong, hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations. Solid programming skills; TypeScript experience is a strong advantage. Previous exposure to technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools (e.g., Datadog) is a bonus. A problem-solving mindset, sharp attention to detail, and real passion for AI
