Nous recherchons un agent de Fabrication (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe à Baie Mahault (Guadeloupe). Sous la responsabilité du responsable d’agence, vous réaliserez la fabrication d’appareillages spécifiques, Vos missions principales · Réaliser des orthèses et des prothèses en tenant compte des demandes de l’applicateur, de la morphologie du patient, des contraintes et du processus de fabrication · Découper et mettre en forme les matériaux et les assembler · Maitriser les aspects techniques suivants : Réalisation de sous ensemble en plastique ou en résine, alignement d’appareils, utilisation de machines outil (fraisage, ponçage…), thermoformage / pliage à chaud de matières plastiques, formage de ferrures et travail du cuir. · Réaliser l’entretien et les retouches des appareillages · Assurer la production qualitative et quantitative des appareils réalisés · Maintenir l’outillage et les machines en bon état de fonctionnement. · Collaborer au bon fonctionnement des ateliers. Votre profil · Titulaire d’un diplôme orthopédique (CAP ou DT orthopédie) ou issue d’une filière technique de type bac Pro (plasturgie, carrosserie, menuiserie, vitrailliste...). · Curiosité, capacité à trouver des solutions · Bonnes capacités de compréhension et d’adaptation à un environnement nouveau Ce qui compte, c'est votre talent pour la fabrication artisanale. Responsibilities

The agent will be responsible for the fabrication of custom orthopedic devices, including orthoses and prostheses, while ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. They will also maintain tools and machinery, and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workshop operations.
