Location: Mumbai/Pune Duties & Responsibilities: Manage ticket rejects and reissue New issuance EMD fulfillment Fare rule interpretation Error reporting Contact airlines and providers for different issues Knowledge of NDC’s and ADM’s Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in ticketing fulfillment Proficient in Amadeus & Sabre/Travelport Willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (Mostly Afternoon and Night) Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2) Documented experience in reading and interpreting airline fare rules and reissue tickets Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Understanding the logic behind validating carriers and basic knowledge of IATA regulations Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations) Ability to manage change and work under pressure Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates. #LI-Onsite #LI-SD1 Diversity disclaimer At Etraveli Group we value diversity; we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds.
