Daft.ie is seeking a dynamic expert Agent Growth Coach to support our key valued clients - estate agents across Ireland.
In today’s competitive property market, a significant challenge for a large portion of estate agents across Ireland is securing vendor-funded advertising. We’re on a mission to empower estate agents to successfully achieve this via Daft.ie products that drive the best outcomes for vendors in Ireland.
This pivotal role will be instrumental in strengthening our partnerships nationwide. You will enable agents to leverage Daft.ie’s solutions to enhance their brand presence, grow their business via vendor-funded advertising, and achieve outstanding results for their vendors. Through collaborative, hands-on support, you will empower agents to refine their marketing approaches and grow their businesses.
If you have extensive experience in the property industry (acquired in Ireland or equivalent international markets) with a flair for business enablement, collaboration, and driving success through shared insights, this is your next career step.
You will be fostering mutual growth, driving the strategic adoption of our Advantage Ad offering, and contributing significantly to the success of both our clients and Daft.ie’s ambitious plans.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can inspire and drive results through collaborative enablement.

  • Proven Estate Agency Success: A strong track record as a successful former or current estate agent or experience in working with estate agents to grow their businesses, possessing deep market understanding within the industry. Estate agency experience acquired in Ireland or equivalent international markets.
  • Digital Marketing Acumen: A robust understanding of digital advertising principles and their practical application within the property sector.
  • Coaching & Enablement Skills: Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or enabling professionals, with the ability to inspire, build confidence, and drive the practical application of new strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust, facilitating productive discussions, and partnering with agents to support them in their business growth efforts.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand commercial objectives, interpret data, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • National Mobility: Based in Ireland with the flexibility and willingness to travel nationally for agency engagement and training delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering advanced coaching sessions focused on optimising agent business winning and advertising strategies.
  • Guiding agents on best practices for:
  • Optimising lead nurturing and conversion strategies to support them in winning new instructions.
  • Articulating the value of advantage ad advertising to vendors.
  • Securing vendor-funded advertising effectively and confidently.
  • Hosting impactful in-person sessions for agencies across Ireland, ensuring practical and actionable takeaways.
  • Providing proactive post-training support, including tailored agency plans and follow-up check-ins to foster sustained performance.
  • Monitoring key adoption and performance metrics for trained agents, offering insights to both agents and our commercial team.
