Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect for talented agents through calls, meetings, and networking
  • Consistently recruit 4–6 agents per month and guide them through onboarding
  • Host training events, masterminds, and office activities to attract and retain agents
  • Lead interviews, hiring, and training processes for new team members
  • Partner with leadership to achieve recruiting and growth goals
  • Research competitor strategies and develop market-driven growth initiative
