Our Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a highly motivated Insurance sales representative to join our growing team.
As a commission-based sales professional, you will have the opportunity to build a successful career while making a real difference in the lives of your clients.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS

The Ideal Candidate:
Sales-oriented: Possesses a strong desire to succeed and a proven track record in sales (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
Excellent Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate with clients and build rapport.
Self-starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently.
Coachable: Eager to learn and grow within the agency.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using technology and social media platforms.
Grit: Be comfortable with rejection and get used to plowing through it!

Sell Insurance: You’ll focus on building your book of business by selling a variety of insurance products, including home, auto, and life insurance.
Develop Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and referral partners to generate leads and drive sales.
Leverage Social Media: Utilize social media platforms to expand your reach and connect with potential clients.
Be comfortable on camera: You will also be asked to be on the agency owner’s personal social media for marketing events, skits, etc.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide expert advice to your clients.
