Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Agent/Lead Agent – Centralized Trucking as below: Job Description Department: Centralized Trucking Position Reports To: Supervisor - Service Provider Management Summary Description Assist Supervisor/Department Head with all aspects of the Department, while ensuring the proper and timely movement of freight. Responsibilities & Duties: Learn and apply Company’s Customer Service Standard to ensure that service quality can be up to company standard for both internal and external customers. Carry out and supervise the team for customer service, handle complaints from internal and external customers Assist Branch Transcon sales effort Contact, seek the certified trucking service provider and pick up, delivery services provider met company standard Perform periodical assessment for Service Providers to maintain and improve the quality of service Do customer service and customer assessment for Transcon’s operations Train, motivate and challenge to other staffs Update transportation regulation, and ensure safety policy. Qualifications Graduated student from University/ College or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experiences in domestic transport and cross border Pro-active, strong organizational skills. Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluent in English. Willing to put extra hours, as required. Well-organized, innovative, self-motivated.
