About the role
Our Balfour Beatty Highways business has a terrific opportunity for an Agent for our M25 J10 A3 Wisley Scheme.

We provide high quality asset strategy, management and planning consultancy services to a wide range of public and private sector customers. We provide specialist, reliable, sustainable and creative advice for asset management planning and implementation in the UK. We put our customers first and prioritise completing schemes safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing

As an Agent, you will be tasked with providing management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers

  • Live the Balfour Beatty Values
  • Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm
  • Sets targets and KPI’s in line with Project/Business objectives and monitors performance
  • Carries out periodic Safety & Environment Tours as required by the Project H & S Plan
  • Appraises improvement options and leads action / instigates as appropriate
  • Leads periodic risk reviews and takes output forward to the Project Risk Register
  • Identifies and arranges training as required
  • Sets targets and KPI’s in line with Project objectives and monitors performance
  • Ensures site audits are undertaken and takes appropriate action on the findings
  • Carry out constructive analysis of fully resourced programme
Responsibilities
