Elite Immobilier is expanding our team in the Outaouais region! We are seeking a Leasing Agent with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience and bilingual proficiency (French and English). You must have a vehicle, and you must be familiar with the geographical areas of Aylmer, Hull, and Gatineau. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP/AEC) in administration, management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, leasing, or property management.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with management systems or CRM (e.g., Proprio Expert, Dash Q, Yardi).

• Handle phone and email inquiries by providing information about available units and properties while assessing the needs and requirements of the lead/candidate.
• Fully assess and understand their requirements and situation to guide them towards the best property for their needs and walk them through the application process, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of property inventory and availability to match prospects with suitable options.
• Manage the application portal, follow up with potential tenants, and process requests efficiently.
• Assist clients in completing rental applications and gathering necessary documents.
• Update availability lists and organize open house events as needed.
• Report on leasing performance and suggest adjustments for improvement.
• Recommend marketing and promotional strategies based on feedback.
